Other violent male leaders have shaped the equality between men and women. His influence remains today.
The Quran promotes modesty. The concept of the hijab was adopted out of necessity to prevent an unwanted outcome. Humans have a biological desire to have sex. Marriage is an environmental concept. It is a mental challenge of restraint. Skin is tempting to men! Fathers demanded purity from their daughters until marriage. It was critical to their honor and social standing. Ancient Islamic leaders made a consensus to remove the temptation. Hijabs became worn in the Islamic community around 627 C.E. Today, countries have enacted mandatory hijabs. Women who fail to wear the hijab get terminated.
Women are fighting to gain respect and equality. Sexism runs rampant worldwide. Islam has caught nefarious publicity for the ideological viewpoints of female oppression. Men hold the ancient belief that women are inferior. It is a systematic barrier women have to overcome. It puts harsh limitations on them. Girls are less encouraged to pursue an education. The schoolgirls face heavy backlash, including gender-based attacks. Occasionally, it is prohibited. Women are not allowed to work. Their purpose in life is to be a subservient housewife. They defer the relationship responsibilities to the men.
Islam prohibits any form of misconduct. The punishment for disobedience is often disproportional. Citizens in these countries endure harsh restrictions until they reach a breaking point. Men become victimized by the prohibition of alcohol consumption and drug use. It results in the widespread prosecution of men. Many are incarcerated or dead. Women only need to be a feminist to enrage the political system. A publicized event (Mahsa Amini) triggers widespread protests within the country. Those who partake in the revolution are heroic. Many lose their lives for human rights.
